With more than two decades of experience in dispute resolution and litigation, Wei Kiat brings a strategic, business-minded approach to every matter, with a strong focus on achieving clients’ commercial and personal objectives. Before joining the firm, he practised as a partner at both a national law firm and later an international law firm in Canada.

His practice spans a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including complex negotiations and mediations, shareholder and contractual disputes, insurance claims, creditors’ remedies, tenancy and lease disputes, injunctions, and professional liability matters. Over the course of his career, he has advised clients across diverse industries, including construction, infrastructure, transportation, real estate, technology, agriculture, and life sciences.

Outside the office, Wei Kiat enjoys swimming, biking, hiking, basketball, and spending time with family.
